On Monday, October 30, 2023, a lunch meeting was held with 5 undergraduate students, Professor Naoko Yoshie (Director, Office for Gender Equality) and Professor Sachiko Asai (Chair, the Next Generation Nurture Committee) at Komaba Campus.

At the lunch meeting, after explaining the purpose of the meeting and introducing ourselves, we watched the “Guidance Video for New Students” created by the Office for Gender Equality and received opinions about the video. Some participants commented that it was good that the video did not just say “no,” but also explained “why” using specific examples. In addition to the new student guidance video, we received a lot of valuable feedback from the participants on how we can engage with undergraduates and what kind of projects we can implement.
