We have received a variety of responses to the #Headwinds project, which was implemented in May within the framework of #WeChange UTokyo. In what kind of environment does a #Headwinds occur? What can serve as a windbreak, or how can we turn a headwind into a favorable wind? We will discuss these questions with Professor Yaguchi, author of “Why Todai is Full of Men(なぜ東大は男だらけなのか),” and University of Tokyo faculty members and alumni.
