On September 19th and October 25th, two seminars on D&I were held for UTokyo’s senior executives and administrative managers. The former was for executives and deans, while the latter was for the heads of the departments of the Administration Bureau and the administrative organizational heads. The purpose of these seminars was to boost their basic understanding and raise and sustain their awareness of D&I, as well as to re-examine and elevate our appreciation of D&I’s role as an important pillar of UTokyo Compass.
